e above point 1. - Societies connected to the same one or controlled The following subjects might come to know the personal data: - representative of the PC systems, as administrator of the treatment, c/o the head office in Mandello del Lario via Parodi 1 and c/o the seat of the residence in Mandello del Lario, via del Porto 2. - those with charge of treatment of the data in Mandello del Lario via Parodi 1 and c/o the seat of the residence in Mandello del Lario, via del Porto 2. - those with charge of treatment of the data in Mandello del Lario via Parodi 1 and c/o the seat of the residence in Mandello del Lario, via del Porto 2, who are charged with specific works for which the treatment of the data is required. - those who are also external members from B.C.G. SRL, who supply specific holding and maintenance of electronic instruments, who can hold the treatment. Personal data can be transferred, in accordance with purposes written in point 1, to European and non- European countries to those indicated above in respect of art. 42, 43, 44, 45 of the dlgs 196/2003. The data will not be transferred in any case. 5. RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY B.C.G. SRL informs that at any time the interested party will be able to assert his/her rights with whoever is in charge of the treatment of the data, in compliance with art. 8, 9, 10, and with art 7 of law 196/2003, quoted below: “Law number 196/2003, Art. 7 – Right of access of personal data and other rights. 1. The interested party has the right to obtain the proof of the existence or non-existence of personal data which regards him/her, also if not yet registered, and the comprehensible transmission of it. 2. The interested party has the right to obtain the following information: a) origin of his personal details; b) purpose and manner of treatment; c) of the logic used where data is handled with electronic instruments; d) the identifying details of the manager, people in charge and representatives as in art 5, point 2; e) the individuals or categories to which the data could be transmitted or that could get to know it as designated representatives in the State territory, people in charge or delegates; 3. The interested party has the right to obtain: a) the updating, correction or, when it is in his interest, integration of the data; b) the annulment, transformation in anonymous form or blocking of the data handled illegally, including those which are not necessary for the purposes for which they were collected; c) the declaration that the operations as described in a) and b) have been made known, also regarding their content, to those to whom the data has been transmitted, except when this is impossible or requires the use of disproportionate means compared to the protected right. 4) The interested party has the right to oppose him/herself in everything or in part: a) for legitimate reasons to the treatment of the personal data regarding him/her data for advertising material or direct sale or for market surveys or commercial announcement; b) to the treatment of his/her data for advertising material or direct sale or for market surveys or commercial announcements.” 6.
